Responsible use of BlueConverter and how to report a copyright concern.

Process files you have the right to use

BlueConverter is a set of self-service tools for files selected by users. It does not provide a public media library. Use the tools only for files you own or are authorized to process, and respect copyright and applicable terms.

Local processing

Active browser tools do not upload or publish source media on our servers. We cannot access or remove files that remain on someone else's device.

Report a concern

Send a notice to [email protected] identifying the protected work, the public BlueConverter page or behavior at issue, your contact information, and a statement explaining why you believe the use is unauthorized. Provide accurate information and a signature from the rights holder or authorized representative.

Our response

Lukata Limited will review sufficiently detailed notices relating to material or conduct within its control. We may request clarification or take appropriate action under applicable law.
