How BlueConverter handles your files, technical data and support information.

Who operates BlueConverter

Lukata Limited operates blueconverter.net. Contact [email protected] about privacy requests.

Your source files

The active browser tools process selected source files locally on your device. They do not upload those files to our conversion servers. Conversion output is made available as a browser download. Keep control of your own files and avoid sharing sensitive samples with support.

Website and security information

Hosting and security providers may process request information such as IP address, browser details, page requested and timestamps to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. Loading the conversion engine downloads software assets to your browser; it does not upload your media.

Support messages

If you contact us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you voluntarily send. We use that information to respond, investigate the reported issue and keep necessary support records. Do not email passwords, full payment details or confidential media.

Premium and payment information

Premium purchases are not open yet. When enabled, checkout and license support will require information such as your checkout email, selected plan, payment reference, payment status and activation records. The payment provider handles payment credentials. The relevant information and storage will be explained before checkout or activation is enabled.

Storage and retention

Our active conversion tools do not retain uploaded source media because no source upload takes place. Support and security records are kept as needed to respond, operate safely and meet applicable obligations. Browser caches and files you download are managed on your own device.

Your choices

You may stop using the tools, clear browser storage and contact [email protected] to ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable recordkeeping obligations. See our Cookie Policy for browser storage details.
