Terms for using BlueConverter browser tools and shared Premium licenses.

1. Operator and service

These Terms apply to blueconverter.net, operated by Lukata Limited, at the business address below.

2. Lawful use

Use our tools only with files that you own, created, licensed or have permission to process. You are responsible for your files, their contents and the rights needed for your use. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, bypass DRM, distribute malware or interfere with other users or our infrastructure.

3. Browser processing

Active conversion tools process selected source files on your device. Available formats and file-size limits are shown with each tool. Results and processing time depend on your browser, file codecs, device resources and source quality. Keep your original files and check exported results before relying on them.

4. Free access and Premium

Free tools are available without an account within their displayed limits. BlueConverter Premium is intended to share a key between eligible browser tools and compatible media apps. Its price, access period, device allowance and supported activation destinations must be shown before purchase. Keep your key private.

Premium purchases and activation are not currently open on this website. No payment is collected here at present.

5. Payments and delivery

When checkout is enabled, the payment provider will handle payment approval. We will not receive your payment password or full card details. Successful purchases will receive a license key and activation instructions by email. The three advertised plans are one-time purchases without automatic renewal.

6. Refunds and access

Our Refund Policy describes purchase support and refund eligibility. A full refund, payment reversal or chargeback may revoke the access attributable to that payment. Fraud, misuse or a material breach of these Terms may result in suspension.

7. Availability and your rights

The website and tools are provided as available. We cannot promise that every codec, file or device will work, or that access will never be interrupted. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
