Refund Policy

Purchase support and refund conditions for BlueConverter Premium digital licenses.

Premium purchases are not open on blueconverter.net yet. This policy describes the conditions that will apply to purchases offered by Lukata Limited when checkout opens. The free browser tools require no purchase.

Technical support first

If you encounter a problem, contact [email protected] with your purchase email, order number, a description of the issue and relevant technical details. We may request a screenshot or a safe sample to help investigate; do not send passwords or full payment credentials.

Conditions for a full refund

  • A software error prevents proper use and we cannot resolve it within 30 days, provided you supply the technical information reasonably needed for troubleshooting.
  • An accidental duplicate purchase of the same license/order.
  • A technical problem on our side prevents activation of the purchased license.

Submit an eligible request within six months of the purchase date. This period does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

Requests that may be declined

A change of mind after using delivered digital access, or expecting features we do not advertise as supported, may not qualify. For a third-party compatibility problem reported within 30 days of purchase that remains unresolved without an update, contact us for a refund review. Any decision remains subject to your applicable statutory rights.

Before purchasing

Try the free browser tools and any available evaluation in the compatible app. Review the supported formats, device requirements, plan duration and device allowance before paying.

After a refund

A full refund or payment reversal may revoke the Premium access associated with that payment. Your original local media files are unaffected. You may contact your payment provider if you disagree with a refund decision.
